Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
All available apartments homes can be reserved through online leasing.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposits are waived with approved credit.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No.
Are utilities included?
No.
Is renter's insurance required?
No, however it is recommended.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the Sky Lounge?
10am - 12am
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24/7
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
The pool is open all year 10am - 10pm

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes, you can certainly work remotely from your apartment home.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Every apartment home is internet/cable ready with at&t. You will need to contact at&t support services to setup your account.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We utilize LuxerOne package services. Packages are received and stored onsite and can be picked up at your convenience. Our concierge can also deliver packages straight to your door upon request.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we have 5 grills within the community.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
We offer valet trash services and also have a trash chute available on floors 5 - 8.

What is the smoking policy?
Pearl Marketplace is a non-smoking community.
What is the parking situation?
Parking is located in a multi-level secured garage. Reserved spaces and individual garages are available for an additional monthly fee. Limited guest parking available after business hours.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
We love our furry friends! We have a pet park along with a pet spa.
Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

Yes.
